| You have heard that form follows function. At Diaphorm, product follows process.
Ten years of intensive research and process development have led to our creation of Proprietary Process Techniques for the molding of Continuous Fiber Reinforced Composites (CFRC). We then added this material expertise to our considerable creative engineering capability to develop multiple processes for direct part manufacture using thermoplastic impregnated CFRC.
Our talented equipment design team, working closely with our valuable clients, then translates our material know-how and in-depth understanding of how the process affects the utility and functionality of these advanced materials, in order to cost effectively produce products that are lighter, stronger, and perform at a much higher level.
