continuously fiber-reinforced materials
Diaphorm has a broad array of continuously fiber-reinforced thermoplastic materials from which to choose, and we are involved in the material development efforts of several material suppliers.

Materials are available as drapable fabrics made from co-mingled or pre-treated yarns, or as pre-consolidated sheets. The reinforcements are usually glass, carbon, aramid or self reinforcing plastic and are available in combination with a range of alternative thermoplastic matrices. This array of options provides a wide range of durability, strength, weight and cosmetic choices.
